working legs

i read somewhere that working out your legs creates more testosterone in your body, especially inner thighs (since they are near your genitles).

It said that working your legs out before working the rest of your body out would help because the extra testosterone.

So I’m asking would this help with PE? I doubt that testosterone helps with actual PE, but you know…it might…

Short version: Forgetaboutit.

"Be aware that there are several schools of thought here as well. Some seem to go with the hard and heavy approach. The sessions are brutal. You can hear them talking to their dick: You better grow mofo or I will punish you even harder tomorrow! Others seem to favor a more tender approach. Always listening to what their member is saying while massaging it gently and singing to it with a soft voice. If it is moody and not happy with new behavior, they always listen and are very understanding."

At first I thought you wrote “near your gentiles.” As I am a gentile, I did know quite what to make of your comment!

Working out your legs seems like a smart thing to do in general, not just to give you a bigger dick. I have heard about (but have not read) studies that indicate that _intense_ weight training increases your testosterone level, but only very temporarily, while you are lifting. Today I legpressed 360 lbs on the sled. Maybe the ultimate effect that will have on my Johnson is a 0.000001 millimeter increase in size, haha.

Heavy exercises that involve simultaneously major muscle groups do increase testosterone levels and for relatively long time (squats are probably the best). However, higher testosterone levels don’t imply penis growth. Some members here (for example Shiver) used testosterone creams and reported no result.

Okay, I’ll bite.

The long version…

Training your legs temporarily raising your testosterones a little has nothing to do with the fact that they are near your genitals, but a lot to do with the amount of muscle you stress. When you train your legs, you train the biggest muscles in your body.

Training your legs before training any other muscle would be just stupid. The minimal advantage of raised testosterone levels would be countered and more by the fatigue and burned energy you receive from it. Also there is the over-training aspect.

What comes to testosterone and PE… You could inject several grams of testosterone into your blood stream and your dick would still not grow. Adult penis just doesn’t react to it that way. And no, it doesn’t even give you an indirect benefit, quite the opposite, as it strenghtens ligaments.

If adult penises don’t react to testosterone, would it affect a teenagers penis, say for example an 18 year old who was a bit of a late bloomer?

I work out in my garage,then I PE,then I take a cold shower.

Though I don’t do it to raise my testosterone level before PE,it’s just how I’ve schedueled some of my days.

No, testosterone doesn’t directly effect on the penis growth, it merely gives the body a signal to grow one in puberty. This has been discussed many times before and for example Westla has given extremely specific responses with his superior knowledge of human anatomy, well over mine. I bet you can find more specific information by using the search function.

Taking some olive oil every day, a couple of spoons is good for testosterone production.

Niinpä, olen iloinen, että nyt on Oulukin muttunut valkeaksi, joskin pakkasta voisi olla vähemmän…

…but let’s still keep finnish out of the public, atleast until we have the Finnish Forum. :D

I had never heard of any connection between olive oil and testosterone. Where did you hear about this, and can you give us some citations? Thanks.
