Working too hard
I’ve been working on this a couple of days now and I think I’m going at it a little too hard. It’s usually after a warm shower that I do some stretching. Since someone said they had good results with an inverted-v, that’s what I’ve been doing mostly, along with some other stretching. I use some powder to help maintain a grip, and pull. The problem I’m having is where I’m gripping, I get some red spots, possibly from having to hold too hard. Anyone else have this problem or know how to get a good grip without putting too much force on their unit?
