Its like with the muscles… the more you train them(sending blood there) the more veiny you are becoming .
The same happens with jelqing… you are sending blood there so there you are.
Jelqing IMO is the best penis exercise ever.
If someone is doing it correctly(int-vol-freq) there are no posibilities of injuries.
But any gains from it they are NOT permanent… its like the gym. If you don t train you are becoming smaller.
In my case jelqing worked tremendous for girth with this way:
Intensity: LOW
Volume: 15-25 mins
Frequancy : 3on/1off
Rep speed : 5-10secs
In the 2nd month I gained 0,5cm girth
In the 3d month an other 0,5cm girth
In the 6thy month an other 0,5 cm girth
In the 12th month I added just 6m of bundle stretching right before jeqling and I gained an other 0,5cm girth.
I had zero length gains…
Well I am a veryyyyy hard gainer in length but an easy one in girth.
This is OK…. because I was after girth mostly. Thank God
