Soooo.I’m quickly learning that jelqing the same day you plan to have sex is a bad idea. Twice now with two different women this past week I’ve jelqed a few hours before, and then essentially edged myself to get a measurement afterwards. (which is because after jelqing I’m getting a solid .25-.375 increase in NBPEL)

Fast-forward and a lady friend comes over.. My EQ is between 60-90% for most of it.. And I’m not lasting as long. I just looked like a fool with this woman lol. She started giving me oral and I barely achieved a full erection and I came. Was literally getting a BJ with like 70-80% EQ. The other time was actual sex with my FWB and it went better.. But still low EQ of between 60-90% and wavering and I kept having to stop due to being too close.

Is this normal or what?

Solid info there. Unfortunate because the jelqing is netting me some gains (albeit FROM the jelqing, not sure if just getting a normal erection without doing jelqing first would get the same results).so I was like oh! Is normal, I experience the same. Jelquing does improve EQ after recovery though. Is just that the same day of workout, it leaves your tissues exhausted and fatigued. If you wanna do it for the extra pump, just do light jelquing for a few minutes just to cause that expansion, but do not do a full workout that same day.

It happened to me also, I stop doing PE on my sex days and it solved it. After a couples of months started again but low intensity in the morning, no problems.
eventually you will know how your penis reacts post PE and you will adjust your routine.

Be sure to have rest days and respect them. I’m doing 5 on 2 off but there’s other options like 3 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off.

Now I’m fooling around, experimenting new routines, but kicking back with tadalafil to be sure I can stay really hard.
So I train right before date nights. I just love that extra temporary gains to have sex.

Yeah, I was supposed to have my FWB over but I was like actually.no. I think I’m going to take tomorrow off of PE and just have fun with her and not risk not being able to get fully hard. Then return to PE maybe the day after. I’ll do like 4-5 on and 2-3 off.. But separated out unless that’s frowned upon. Example: PE, PE, off, PE, PE, off, off or PE, PE, PE, off, PE, OFF, PE sort of thing.

Yeah, I’m trying to stay away from having to use any supplements for my EQ. A lady I know said her husband can’t get it up now because he did those and another girl I know said her ex couldn’t get it up either cause of steroid use or something. So I’m very cautious of any of that. I’d rather be able to just plan the day off if I’m going to engage in sex or just do my jelqing a solid 12 hours or so earlier. Today it was only like maybe 1.5-2 hours between jelqing/edging & the lady coming over.. And so I came QUICK. I mean like.QUICK.

If i jelq as part of my routine within a few hours of sex, my penis is just plain wore out. My wife likes the added girth, but not at the expense of erection hardness. Had that issue over a week ago, and had to admit I was overtraining. I reverted back to a program I used in the past after a two day rest and my morning erections came back immediately. And, If I do the last part of my routine by 2 hours before sex, i have both the extra girth and hardness we both want. But, figuring that out takes time, trials, and the wisdom to not overdue it. My problem is I always want more and find myself overtraining.

So, while you should probably chill out on the jelqing, do you not have a cock ring? Cock rings should be in every penis owners tool kit…

Yeah, makes sense. For now I’ll just be avoiding it on any day I think I may be getting laid or turn down sex if I’ve already jelqed for the day as I’d rather same myself the anxiety of not knowing lol. Maybe eventually I go back to doing it same day, just much earlier than I did. Maybe like 12 hour minimum lol

Very true. I know hardness is right up there in terms of satisfaction. When I got with her last time and first noticed it wasn’t quite as good, I know she noticed too and was asking if she wasn’t doing something right. Awkward spot to be in to just be like.nah, my cocks just exhausted lol.
