Would weightlifting shrink your penis

Some people always say that if you lift to much weight your penis will shrink is that true?

No, but for me, when I lift weights the blood goes to my muscles . Like when I lift on heavy days, my dick is really shriveled.

Yes, the same happens to me. When I lift weights my flaccid penis shrinks for a few hours and then returns to normal. Game’s explanation that the blood goes to the muscles is valid. Your muscles need fresh feeding and oxygen to repair the damage that lifting weights has give you.

When I get an erection just after a workout, I don’t notice any difference though :up: .

Absolutely. I’ve got it figured out to be about 1/8 inch loss of erect length for every 400 hours spent at the gym.

That is unless you wear the penimaster while you are working out. Then it comes out to be about 3/8 of an inch gain for every 1000 hours. I base all of this on absolutely nothing.

Adrenalin causes shrinkage, so if your training hard this may be an issue, but it is obviously not permanent. However if you build up your upper thighs your penis will appear smaller!

Although I don’t believe that lifting weights in itself makes your penis smaller, the BIGGER you get, the SMALLER your penis looks.

Believe me, I know what I am talking about. I have an 8 BPEL, but because I weigh 350 pounds, it looks a hell of a lot smaller.

Yeah My thighs are kind of big I guess, and I didn’t think I had anything over an average girth when I first started up with PE. I actually didn’t think about girth at all until then.

A: Yes: I’m not sure why, but I’ve found this to be especially true when I do my weightlifting routine in a pool of ice cold water.

It could hinder gains after jelqing in my opinion. Think about it, you jelq, you get that pump right? The point of jelqing is to push blood through the penis and expand those little chambers to hold more blood, but if you go lift right after you PE you won’t be able to train your dick to hold in the blood because it’s all in your muscles.

I think weight lifting would not negatively affect penis size. It does have a temporary affect on my flaccid length and testicular hang. It’s not only weight lifting since it also happens with my aerobic workouts. The cause is the stress to the body from working out. After a workout, a long hot shower relaxes me and has everything hanging better.

Gameofinches makes a good point. I do not have a big meal before a workout the same thing may be true for jelging. Wonder if this would apply to stretching before or after a workout as well?

Not sure, when I start jelqing I have the problem of having a too hard erection (over 90%). Usually after a while (15+ min.) things get better and I get between 60-80% erection. So I figure it might help when you have the same ‘problem’. (Should try it myself anytime soon, just got back from weightlifting but I don’t have the opportunity till 2 hours from now).

I have noticed this, I’ve always been short in height (5’ 6”) but have had big thighs naturally from lifting, american football and hockey, sometimes when I look in the mirror my flaccid lenght looks small but when I measure it it’s not bad (5” even). I’ve recently bought a nice stationary bike because I’m giving up lifting heavy weights and trying to have a more trim athletic body instead of a bulky one, since I’ve started my legs have slimmed a lot and I’m noticing my penis looks bigger but is the same size (haven’t started a PE routine yet)

Good question ,yes I believe high intensity weight training ,grappling and kickboxing will cause big time turtling.. I always traction wrap when I hit gym and almost always use extender after my workouts.

I usually have pretty good and fat flaccid hangs, but when I’m in the gym, my shit turtles like crazy.

Makes sense, cause your body only has so much blood, and its mostly all gonna go to the muscles you are pumping up with your lifting.
