If anyone wants to know my routine.

1500 Kegals a day

2 stretch sessions a day. ( Days off are the days before I know my gf is coming over so my erections are good and I get rid of the bruising )

45 second stretches every direction

5 sets in each direction

Just starting to incorporate v and a stretches( I do the a stretch with one finger for now.

No Jelquing

10 min hot wrap/ before and after ( during routine at least one or two more for a minute )

I do 500 first thing in the morning before anything else I do. I do about 250 quick, 100 3 second holds, and then another 150 quick.

After my first session and between my second I do sporadic sessions ( 50 5 second holds, then 3 second holds some really long holds too )

Congratulations! I did a similar Kegel routine when I first started too. I wonder how much this effects gains. One of my old friends here, Kastro, thought it deserved alot more attention. I wonder if there is some sort of connection.
