Wrapping question

I have made a Wench, but am having difficulty with the wrap. I would like to forgo the under-wrap and just use Thera-band. The Thera-band I have is green (I’ve read that the grey is best). Anyway, I have read and re-read and just don’t feel like I understand how to do it. Could someone please describe or point me to a helpful link. Thank you
