Wrists ache after manual stretching

I’ve just started manual stretching. My wrists ache the next day. Sometimes when I try stretching I cannot even hold it for 30 seconds as it is so painful.

I am using a paper towel wrap for friction.

Any ideas?

Switch hands, sleep enough, training your lower arms.

Maybe you should start working on your arms, etc. Before thinking about enlarging your dick.

Biggest tip: Don’t pull as hard. I weight lift all the time but when I was really yanking hard in the beginning for 15 minutes straight, even my wrists started to get sore.

If it’s not over-stretching, then just keep doing it and you’ll build up the strength eventually
