Hey guys,
Happy Easter to everyone!
I am quite new to PE (already did it for 2 months, than paused for 3 months till today) and I have a question.
I did the Linear Newbie Routine which gave me great EQ, although it was great beforehand. Moreover, a small increase in length.
Currently, I am 18 yrs old and will turn 19 in 2 months.
I wanted to ask whether this is really an appropriate age to start with (don’t know if it is still growing and if I will damage my dick).
My stats: BPEL: 6,5inch and MEG 5,3 inch. I am quite insecure and would like to get to around 7*5,6
The reason I stopped was that I was uncertain whether it is a safe age to perform PE.

Just don’t go overboard with your routine. If you see signs like red spots or bruising or anything not normal, you are using too much force or pressure depending on what kind of PE you are doing. So take it slow and easy and you will be fine.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

First, you have nothing to be insecure about. Your size is actually slightly above average and most likely you have achieved at least 95% of your eventual size.

It would be a good idea to click on the Beginners section. Lots of good information on what Thunders is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
