It’s a legitimate question, because I personally think if you have a larger penis as a result of PE, it might cause discomfort when the jeans get tighter. I was merely wondering if it has happened that way to some other people.

After 6 months of jelqing my underwear was getting too tight and made the switch to boxers.

I have gone up two sizes in underwear and one in pants.
