It’s been slightly more than a month since i started PE, and thanks to you guys i managed to add .5” to my girth. Unfortunatly i didnt add to my length at all…Would it be a good idea to concentrate working on my length and drop working on my girth for like a month? My routine so far is
4 minute hot wraps
10x1 minute manual stretches
4 minute hot wraps
25 minute dry jelqs
4 minute hot wraps
As a new routine i would try to do something like
4 minute hot wraps
20x1 minute manual stretches
4 minute hot wraps
Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks
