It’s been slightly more than a month since i started PE, and thanks to you guys i managed to add .5” to my girth. Unfortunatly i didnt add to my length at all…Would it be a good idea to concentrate working on my length and drop working on my girth for like a month? My routine so far is

4 minute hot wraps
10x1 minute manual stretches
4 minute hot wraps
25 minute dry jelqs
4 minute hot wraps

As a new routine i would try to do something like

4 minute hot wraps
20x1 minute manual stretches
4 minute hot wraps

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

PE takes time for most guys, no need to feel like you aren’t making progress after only one month. Keep up your current routine and add five minutes to the stretches if you like. Give it another month before you change it again.

Lots of stretching worked for me. Don’t add too much too soon though, add maybe 5 minutes per week.
