Here’s the routine I do now, and did to get my initial gains. It’s from a different site which I found quite a while before I discovered Thunders Place.

I gained almost 1.5 inches in length and .5 inch in girth doing this routine alone.
I don’t use a hot wash cloth as the instructions suggest. I prefer to use a heated up rice sock and I believe it works much better. As far as the supplements I take a multi-vitamin, L-Argenine (1000 mg), Zinc (50 mg), and Saw Palmetto (keeps me from waking up to pee 4 times a night).
After I had put in around 120 days doing the newbie routine I started hanging in anticipation of getting quicker growth. Worst thing I ever did in regards to PE. I never really gained anything after that. After 6 months of hanging for more than an hour every day, and not seeing any results, I switched to clamping for about 9 months. Although I really enjoyed clamping, I never gained anything from that either. Both of those are much more time consuming and more strenuous on your penis than manual stretching and jelqing. Between hanging and clamping I did try several other routines and even took a 3 month decon break but nothing produced results. I should have stayed with the newbie routine only. I took a whole year off to allow my penis to hopefully return to it’s pre-PE state (conditioning wise, not size wise), with the hopes that starting back with the newbie routine, and that only, I’d get the newbie gains again. If I do see similar results I should grow about 1 inch in length and .5 inch in girth over the next 4 months.
I’m not so sure that the fleshlight is a penis enlargement device. Seems to me it’s more for masturbation however I can see how it could help with regards to edging. Using penis enhancement devices may work for some people but I plan on sticking to manual exercises.
Everybody has different results with various exercises. What works for me may not work for you. You just have to start with something, be consistent, and give it a LOT of time. Nothing happens overnight. If I hadn’t obsessed over doing PE, I don’t think I’d have ever seen results.
