2009 First Quarter Donations

Thunder,

Just curious, approximately how much does it cost per month to keep this place going? I don’t know how anything on the Internet works, I just know how to search it. :D

Also, how much would a decent donation be? I want to donate but don’t know how much you are looking for. I want you to keep this place going for all the other guys out there who haven’t found it yet who are having the same problems I have. Learning about PE and reading encouraging words from others on the forums have really helped me out. Thanks!

The server costs us 329 a month. Five bucks is a good donation amount.

That is a lot of bandwidth! But it sounds about what I would expect for the level of traffic that seems to be here.

The next question is: are donations covering the costs? I hope so, because I don’t want to see this resource disappear. How have you coped with this Thunder? Have donations been enough? Or are you making up the difference with your own funds each month?

I really respect you for continuing to keep this place alive although you seem to be no longer active in PE. There is so much more than PE discussed in the various forums, hence I understand why you persevere.

I haven’t had to cover shortages in a long time. I am just losing a lot of hair worrying about the end of the month and trying to figure out how to stop doing that. :)
