3 months off, starting back (deconditioned?)

3 months off, starting back (deconditioned?)

It’s been 3 months since I’ve PEed due to erection and numbness concerns. When I stopped PEing, I was somewhere between 8 1/4-1/2 BPEL and a tad over 5 EG. I’m now roughly at 8 1/4 BPEL and right at 5 EG. Not so bad for 3 months without cementing. I want to get to my goal of 9 BPEL and 6 EG. My routine has always been all manual. Numerous stretches, jelqing, and kegels is all I’ve done. I started at 6 3/4 BPEL and around 5 EG in a little under a year. I know I really need to work on my EG, but I think it’s best to meet my length goals first.

My goal is to get to at least 8 3/4 BPEL, and then start working on a girth routine, while still continuing on length. I plan on clamping for girth. I’m guessing I need to start back on the newbie routine? Does anyone have any experience with getting good 1st month gains after only 3 months off? Is my unit deconditioned enough? It would be great if in a month or two I could gain 1/2 inch lengthwise like I did as a newbie…lol.

Also, I’ve always done my workout roughly an hour after I get up in the morning, but I’m now having to change to an hour before bed. Is there any advantage/disadvantage to PEing right before bed vs. right when waking up?

noc - seems like you are a little unbalanced in terms of girth vs. length … why not work on just girth for awhile? You have plenty of length - seems like you should get up to at least 5.5 before increasing your length. Clamping maybe?

*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

The main thing to remember is yes, you are fully deconditioned and as such you have to be careful not to go overboard and start up as a true newbie. Your very first sentence indicates you were in full blown overboard status when you stopped, so you don’t want to make that mistake again especially right off the bat.

One benefit to doing your routine before bed is you can take advantage of your nocturnal erections to give you a sleep routine that will max out at your post workout size. You should wake up with impressive hard ons. If not, you are going overboard again. :)

Thanks guys!! I’ve always had this fear that as soon as I start working on girth, my length gains will come to a standstill. I am starting to look disproportionate though. The longer it gets, the skinnier it looks. I think I’ll start doing some manual girth exercises after I’m conditioned again. When I stopped PEing, I was up to 2.5 hours EVERYday of manual exercises. But I do accredit that as to why I gained close to 2 inches in under a year. I hope to get good gains my first month back. Maybe I can hit 9 BPEL before Spring.

2 inches in under a year is truly amazing, and from manual!! Yeah, your length gains may stop while you work on girth, but so what? You need your girth to catch up to your length. YOu need at least around 5.4 girth to balance out that length. If you put as much time into girth as you were putting into length, it should not take you all that long. Try clamping or pump n’ clamp (very carefully, start easy!).
