4 Things I've Learned In 8 Months

4 Things I've Learned In 8 Months

For as long as I’ve been a member I have never posted so I felt I should pass along some motivation and perhaps insight to those of you who are doubting.

I joined this forum years ago and was very off and on with my PE exercises (as I feel most people are).

About 8 months ago I made a commitment to myself to stay as consistent as possible with my exercises.

Throughout the past 8 months, there were several times when I noticed either a decrease in size or lower EQ levels. I would get discouraged and find myself back on ThundersPlace in order to research and see what I was doing wrong. A lot of times it was a simple tweak in my routine or daily lifestyle that would drastically change everything for me.

What I’ve learned during my last 8 months that made all the difference:

1 - Don’t Quit - it’s important to make this commitment to yourself in the beginning and stick to it. You may see temporary results overnight, then a decrease. Don’t get discouraged and quit, just develop your routine and see what works for you to hit your goals. Make it a point to come to this forum if you start feeling discouraged because there are way too many success stories from those who just stay consistent. I’ve been discouraged quite a bit, feeling as if this just wasn’t going to work but this forum kept me up and the brotherhood among everyone pushed me to keep going.

2 - Hydration - this is one of those small simple tweaks that seem irrelevant but my goodness.. It made a world of difference for me. I noticed my EQ levels dropping and it seems like my girth was just not expanding (girth is my #1 goal). I forced myself to stay hydrated and now drink about 1 gallon of water per day. I pee like 10 times a day but now that I’m well hydrated, my penis seems fuller and my erections are much harder.

3 - Heat - I left this out of my routine for a long time not realizing what an impact it can make on cementing your growth. I would see temporary gains which is exciting, but if I took 3 days off my gains quickly vanished. I implemented a 5 minute heat wrap before my routine and now if I take a few days off it’s not as discouraging because my gains won’t completely disappear.

4 - Rest - this was a tough one for me. If you are not sleeping well, it takes a toll on your entire body (including your manhood). If you are resting a proper amount and still feel lazy and/or sluggish then you are probably not exercising enough. Make sure you have some type of cardio in your life.

These points may seem insignificant if you are just starting out (and if you are like me you’ve probably already discarded them because they’re very simple) but they were some of the missing links in my routine that helped with my growth.

My goal is purely girth driven which is to hit 5.5” MEG cemented (currently 4.8” MEG cemented, 5.1” after PE, started at 4.4” MEG).

My routine is:
* 5 minutes warm wrap

3 Sets of
* 10 minutes pump with low to fair pressure
* 5 minutes dry jelk
* 10 minutes clamping (2 clamps, one at the base, one right above the other)
* 5 minutes dry jelk
* Repeat

If anyone has any insight on girth gains or changes in my routine that may help, please share. My MEG is 4.8” but just under my glans in about 4.5”. I’d like to gain more girth up top.

Great advice, lots of small changes add up.

You could try adding in some stretching, there’s a lot to suggest it’ll help with gaining girth.
The tricky part is when to do them as they can affect EQ for clamping or pumping.
Good luck.

It’s interesting how the small things can make such a difference.

Good tips :)

Starting Stats: BPEL 7.0¨ x MEG 5.3¨ (4th Nov 2015)

Current Stats: BPEL 7.83¨ x MEG 5.6¨ (14th June 2018)

The Dream: BPEL 8.1¨ x EG 6.1¨ (Not sure if the wife supports ¨the dream¨)

Good information, what I missed from your routine is a stretching rep. You do not do them? Why not? Just asking.

Thanks

To be honest, it’s not that I’m just leaving it out it’s that I’m still implementing new things and discarding things that don’t work for me. I don’t really care to gain much length because I feel like it’s long enough (6.5” NBPEL and about 7.1” BPEL). I’ve bottom out a few times and the look on her face makes me realize it was probably pretty painful (although I felt pretty good about myself on the inside)..

I’ve been reading that stretching may help with girth growth as well which will lead me to implement it for a while. Thanks for the input!

Start: NBPEL 5.9" / BaseEG 4.9" / MEG 4.4" / TopEG 4.125"

Current: NBPEL 6.5" / BaseEG 5.5" / MEG 5.25" / TopEG 4.9"

Goal: NBPEL 7.5" / BaseEG 6" / MEG 5.5" / TopEG 5.5"

Been jelqing for a month now I’m basically doing it for girth I’m on 5.5 erect but my end goal is 6.5 + any tips?

Tips? I would say don’t bet on the horses but that would be flippant. Work consistently,take your time, be gentle, rest when needed and good thing will happen in time.

Thanks do you think I should buy a clamping device and add it to the routine?

No. Wait until you’re better conditioned to do any advanced exercises.

Lenyar34- this is a thread started by txse regarding his observations about PE. Please consider doing a search and finding out if there’s already an answer to your questions, or starting your own thread instead of hijacking this one.

I want to add to number 4… I am starting to think one of the primary factors in gaining is our GH levels, and sleep fits right in there. Not only does sleep allow for healing, but good sleep is a prerequisite for GH production.

2014: 8.4 x 5.5

2022: 9 x 6.2

Great post. Couldn’t agree more. Great to hear!
