I consistently clamped for several years (3-4), and went from 4 3/4 to 5 1/2 mid-shaft girth. I used a metal hose clamp (like on radiator hose on car). I was stuck at 5 1/2 girth, so decided to go for length. Used an extender (Andro penis) for 6 months and gained a 1/2 inch, and then did hanging for 6 months and gained 3/4 inch. In length, I went from BPEL 7” to 8 1/4.
I stopped going for length and started going for girth again. I had never done erect jelqing, so started doing erect jelqs and noticed early on that I got awesome expansion. I worked up to doing 20-30 minute erect jelqs and continued to get great expansion. I am now getting 3/4” expansion after a 25 minute erect jelq session. I jelq downwards, putting lots of pressure on, with slow 3-5 second strokes. This is definitely key for me. I squeeze as hard as I can as I jelq downward. Slow strokes I think is the key to my expansion. In mid-March, I started clamping again after jelq session. I had never done this, but it allows be to clamp off at 6 3/4 and remain at 6 3/4 during entire clamping session. I keep clamp on for about 17-18 minutes. I think I am going to get good results, but we will see. If I haven’t gained in six months, I will stop clamping and stick to jelqing. By the way, I wish I had done this years ago. I am now 55. My wife notices huge difference, and I can get it in without lots of lube. If you’re young, don’t get discouraged, it does take several years, but it definitely works. I am going for 6 1/2 mid-girth.
