Did you say you gained from bundled/twisted “jelqs?” Can you elaborate?

Twist your penis so that your penises under side is facing up. Jelq with it in that position.

So you gotta hold the head with one hand while jelqing with the other.

Gonna try it out.

You can do it all with one hand. I’ve never tried using two hands before.

Only thing about this - is that when you twist something, the outer portions of it will take all the stress. In PE terms, when you twist the penis, the outer tunica and skin will take most of the stress you create by pulling it.

If you’re trying to stretch the septum, this probably will not help much.

The jelqing excercise is interesting. How’s that going for everyone?

Well, if you’re stretching outer tunica this exercise sounds very effective, compared to just pulling on it.

Maybe this and some regular A or V stretches using your wrist?

This and Wantsmores?

If you want intense what about some RSDT hanging?

Ok Stump,

I’ve been plateaued in length for over year. I semi-retired for about 7 months and then came back in December.

To date, I haven’t gained jack(since coming back.) Been looking for new ideas.

I tried bundle “stretches” today for first time and they’re definitely intense.
With the bundled jelq, just trying to figure out how to twist and hold the rotation and then jelq(all with one hand.)

Not usually thick when it comes to this shi*, would love a more detailed explanation(if there is one.)

Ummm, just twist your penis so that the under side is facing up, then grip the base of it so that the twist stays put. And then jelq. Thats the best explanation I can give.
