A Product Might Have Helped A Lot

TLDR: I like to think I have found a product that helped my extender achieving VERY good results. More testing will follow.

Hi all
I have a rather long history with PE. I started more than 20 years ago with an extender and newbie routine which helped me earn a tad over 0.5”, to a very standard 6.5” length (with 5.8” width). After that I hit a plateau and never really got anything more, even if I tried a lot with pumping, ads and other methods.
I basically stopped, because I was tired of the very slow growth but mostly because I just wasn’t that interested in growing a bigger penis. Over the years I occasionally tried again here and there, to no avail.

A month ago, for various reasons I won’t annoy you with, I decided to give it another try. So I resumed my extender (an old penimaster updated with a vacuum head) and started using it usually 5 days a week for an average of 3/4 hours or less.
After every session and before going to bed I used a cream, mostly to hydrate and moisturize the skin. I used a very specific commercial product (which is marketed for a very different use), which I had reasons to believe could help the growth.
After the first week I noticed this cream really made the penis recover quickly. After another week, I noticed gains - I hadn’t measured but the growth was definitely noticeable.
After a month since I started, the growth was so relevant I decided to measure: I gained 1.25cm (~0.5 inch).
This seems A LOT for a single month and no more than a total of 100/120 hours of extender use - almost zero jelqing, no other routine. Even more so considering I was probably extremely conditioned, which would explain the complete lack of results from previous runs.

So here I am, wondering how much of it is really due to this cream I’ve been using.
Of course I’ll keep using and testing it: as you can imagine, I hope I’ll be back in another month with more positive results.

Please don’t ask the name of this product - I promised myself not to tell, i never had any faith AT ALL in magical growing creams and I don’t want to look like I’m promoting a commercial product (yet, at least).
That said, here’s a question: imagine you discover a product that can really fuel an impressive penis growth: what would you do?

Here’s a few more data:
- I’m 43 y.o.
- After those newbie gains, I soon realized I hit a plateau and every time I got back at PE I felt like my penis was still conditioned, so PE exercise basically only helped my EQ.
- the current growth has been confirmed by my wife, who doesn’t know of PE and asked me how is it possible that she feels it bigger.
- I had to extend the penimaster metal rods to a length it never achieved.

Could this be an all new newbie gains phase?

Unsure, but it could also be the change in diet/stress/rest. If it’s anything like bodybuilding, perhaps the magic bullet in your case seems like diet missing in your PE- and by diet I mean the cream. By any chance can you share what the cream’s name/ingredients?

I’d prefer not, mostly because i can’t really believe that could really have such an effect. I’m trying to understand what the reason behind these gains could be, but nothing else changed in comparison with previous PE attempts so I keep coming back to this product

I understand why you won’t state the commercial name of the cream.
Also, as others have stated, I believe this most likely is due to other factors in your life, and the use of cream is only correlation without causation.

That said, I also think, just for the sake of information and possibly testing by others, that it could be beneficial to provide what are the main active ingredients in the cream. Especially since I expect them to not be harmful for human consumption - the worst they can be is ineffective.

Another point from the reply you received above: would you say you made any changes in your lifestyle, such as sleeping schedule or stress levels?

Newbie gains happen more than once. Particularly after long decon. Keep it up another month and see if that growth keeps steady. Then you’ll know for sure it’s not just newbie gains.

Good luck!

In the meanwhile, even tho I had to stop using the extender for almost a couple weeks and in a month I think I used it only for 40 hours at most, I had to add another 0.5cm rod to the extender.

Now my gains are getting very close to an inch. I’m still impressed and beyond happy with these results

Let me see. Umm, so you come on the forum seeking input / advice / opinion / comment which is essentially knowledge shared, but are adamant you won’t share yours? Lmao! This can’t be real.

I agree, this post sounds like bullshit but can’t figure out the angle. I don’t understand the reluctance to share the main ingredients, like “hey everyone, I applied an acne gel to my dick and it fucking grew an inch! I won’t say the name because I’m not planning to sell anything but you can google retin-a, that’s the main ingredient”. That would sound more normal.

Here I am.
It’s very easy: first of all, I never ever trusted creams and products in the least, so I’m extremely doubtful about the efficacy. I wanted to gather more data before coming here so say something more, and I was curious whether other people would have done differently.

Secondly, I expect a user coming here on the forum and saying “I’ve been using this product, it works, it’s amazing!” to be considered a scammer or a marketer who’s trying something to increase sales of ‘his’ product.

That said, I have to say I still am unconvinced my gains are due in some way to this cream I’ve been using, but since some time passed, I have no problem mentioning it.
Here it is Venus Crema Doppio Lifting 50 ml - Idea Bellezza
As you can see, it’s a cream intended for face treatment against wrinkles. It theoretically contains collagen and another component, ‘elastin’.
I have to say I started using that just because I had it and after hours in my extender, I was looking for something effective in reducing skin bruise and in moisturizing. This cream should also increase collagen regeneration in the skin, so why not.
Of course it’s meant to treat the skin, so nothing much deeper.

All in all, I can say it’s been effective in reducing irritation, especially on the glans and the base, where the extender applies pressure. Apart from this, I honestly doubt it really particularly helped.

If you want to try it, let me know what you think

By the way, I’m considering adding another 0.5cm rod to my extender, to maintain the same level of traction.

Hard to find it outside italy it seems and it’s sold out alot. I asked chatgpt about the ingredients:
Ascorbyl Palmitate: This ingredient is a form of Vitamin C and is known to stimulate collagen production. It is often included in skincare products to help promote the growth of collagen in the skin.
Hydrolyzed Manihot Esculenta Tuber Extract: This ingredient is derived from the cassava root and is known to have skin-firming properties. It has been shown to help increase collagen production in the skin.
Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7: This ingredient is a peptide that has been shown to stimulate collagen production in the skin. It is often used in anti-aging skincare products to help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1: This is another peptide that has been shown to stimulate collagen production in the skin. It is often used in anti-aging skincare products to help improve the skin’s elasticity and firmness.
Xylitol and Xylitylglucoside: These two ingredients are sugar alcohols that have been shown to increase the production of hyaluronic acid in the skin. Hyaluronic acid is a component of the skin that helps to maintain its structure and firmness.

Maybe collagen stimulation is occurring:

The tunica albuginea of the corpora cavernosa is a bi-layered structure with multiple layers. Inner layer bundles support and contain the cavernous tissue and are oriented circularly. Radiating from this layer are intracavernous pillars acting as struts, which augment the septum and provide essential support to the erectile tissue. Outer layer bundles are oriented longitudinally. These fibers extend from the glans penis to the proximal crura, where they insert into the inferior pubic ramus. There are no outer layer fibers between the 5 and 7 o’clock positions. Elastic fibers normally form an irregularly latticed network on which collagen fibers rest. In Peyronie’s disease the well ordered appearance of the collagen layers is lost: excessive deposits of collagen, disordered elastic fibers and fibrin are found within the region of the plaque.

In Italy it’s easily found in every superstore. It’s actually one of the cheapest of this kind of creams.
I don’t doubt the cream has been developed by packing all the typical ingredients of skin fillers, but let’s not forget it’s meant to be skin care.
Yes, there’s collagen in the inner structure of a penis, but I seriously doubt a skin care cream can have such deep effects.

Honestly I started using it just because I had it and I needed a moisturizing cream, to reduce skin irritation due to the extender. It’s not oily and the skin seems to absorb it quickly, so in that sense it’s good.
About the positive effects on growth… the jury’s still out.

How do you apply the cream? To the irritated spot of the vacuum cup or do you apply it to the whole penis? I can understand that penis is made up of collagen.

Have you noticed any changes to the structure of the penis? Are you finding that it expands more or the shaft is more elastic/stretchy?

I wonder if the product is helping absorb and breakdown and heal the collagen.
