A quick tip for those who clamp.
I have found that by doing jelqs before I use the clamp,that I get a bigger while the clamp is on,then if I dont do any jelqs.
I do 25 quick jelqs with the Powerjelqer, and then put the clamp on.I feel that for those who has decided to use the clamp for thier routine,your gains will be better or sooner by using the jelqs with the clamp then just using the clamp.
I also have noticed that when taking the clamp off between sets,if you do jelqs to regain circulation,it is extremely easy to go into the next set,as the jelqs will keep the blood in,but not make it difficult to put the clamp on.Hopefully you guys can understand this.
