I am doing PE almost 6 months and I gained 1” in the 5 months, my routine was hanging and jelqing. Now I am thinking of ADS.I have a couple of questions for the fellow thunders who have experience wit ADS. Can anybody tell me in the beginning how many hours I should ADS,I have found after 30 minutes I have no flow of blood in my glands, I have red in the threads a lot of fellow thunders do ADS 8 hours a day, I have a question, are you guys doing ADS strait 8 hours and what about the blood flow? Second question is what about gains. How much you guys has gained during ADS?

I too, have found that an ADS is troublesome after a period of using it. And it didn’t seem to get easier with time.

But the way to go is take careful stock of for how long a period you can wear it before it starts to stop the blood from flowing. And regulate your sessions to that.

It would not be a good idea to wear it when the blood flow hjas reduced.

My First Real Attempt:

2006 Start: 6.25" BPEL and 5" EG - 2012 7.625" BPEL / 4.875" EG / 8.063" BPFSL. (All manual routine)

Monkeybar’s Auto Extender Auto ADS is very comfortable and can be worn for extended periods. I have worn it for up to 6 hours, but more typically for 3 hour stretches, with breaks to go to the toilet. I can’t really say anything much about results as I have not been very consistent with the device, also, I only use it occasionally as a supplement to pumping which is my main PE activity these days. Reading other threads on this site though, I get the impression that ADS may be the only PE technique with any reliable science behind it.

How much tension do you use for the ADS and did you see any gains after using it?

However, PE is not a science, therefore many of the things we are doing are not scientifically proven but may work fine.

For someone like the guy who started the thread and who made nice gains hanging I wonder why changing the routine (as long as it is successful I don’t care much about the science behind it).

I wanted to change my routine because I have a very little privacy, With ADS I can workout when I want and nobody even notice and I like a little bit experiment. Can you help me with my question about tension of ADS.

Any routine that’s not risky and giving great results should be pushed for all it’s worth.

So I made home ADS and using it almost a one week, I seen already results in my flaccid, My flaccid hang is a bit longer and fuller.Lets hope I will get some erection results also.

I am doing ADS almost 15 days, I got more better erections. Since I am doing PE, I got mornings woods and this my positive indicator also, but now I got night woods, morning woods and day woods, anybody experienced same kind of experience?

I cannot comment on the ADS issue, I am getting one soon, however I do notice most people saying they have improved erections from the ADS systems, especially the vac ADS.
