Hey. I was wondering if anyone here has tried ADS. How did it workout and how long should you be doing PE before you do it?

ADS or All Day Stretch really isn’t that big of a deal. I can’t imagine if you are following the directions how this could cause any serious complication. I believe ADS and traction wrapping to be quite similar both keep the penis in an extended period. The whole point of ADS is just that to keep the penis in an extended state further than you’re ‘regular’ flaccid hang.

The ADS using the belt method, although I’ve never used it took the technique and tried it and I can see the benefits, but I think if you took something like an ACE bandage or Theraband and wrapped your penis into a stretched state, you would benefit.

Also you may want to look into the Penismith, this contraption is pricey but it was designed to keep your penis in a good solid stretch while worn

An ACE bandage would do better than the belt method?

Anything that keeps your penis stretched past its normal ‘flaccid state’ will eventually help. ADS is not the only thing you should do, I am a hanger and use it after a hanging session.

What can I use to keep it stretched. The tutorial says cotton strip, but are there any other substitutes?

I use an ace bandage that I cut into quarters, then use one of the quarters and connect it with one of those hook things that come with. But the hooks are angled such that it doesn’t come close to digging into the cock as long as you wrap it a couple times around.

Also be aware that you should monitor after wrapping it does not have to be tight, just tight enough to allow the penis to stay stretched out further than normal flaccid.

I’ve tried theraband but don’t really like it. I have also tried to do a modified version of the ADS device, but in the end ace bandage is simple. I also use ace bandage to wrap before hanging, the shit is a miracle.:hanger:
