After 1.5 long years...I think I hit the plateau
So about a year and a half ago, I started PE (My starting stats are in my signature just for reference.) And I’m glad to say I have grown! Now I know a lot of you might say, why are you doing PE, your unit is big as it is and yes I have heard that from a couple of girls but there was one girl that got to me and I haven’t been able to shake it but we’re all here to grow, so I am sure you will all understand.
For starters, I am 5’8”, 158 lbs…about average build but I can’t help but feel like I am inadequate at times. Which is why I started PE. The problem is the last few months I had a full-time job plus problems with the girlfriend, so I went from doing a 30 minute routine including jelqing everyday, to about 10 minutes of jelqing every other day. But now I am free of my job and have worked things out with my girlfriend.
So my questions are as follows:
1. Is a warm-up necessary/beneficial to growth? And if so, why?
2. Along with returning to my 30 minute routine, I will be using a pump, but the pump I am using is not thick enough and when enlarged my girth grows to about 6.25 and just squeezes against the sides of the pump. Should I stick with this pump to promote length gains as the restriction will focus the swelling on length rather than girth? or should I switch to a bigger pump.
If you want to answer one of the questions and leave the other for someone else to answer, any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.
