I was just reading a new member’s first post and several posts down Dino remarked that he had 7” wood at 21 and by the time he was in his 30’s he was down to 6.25. Well, Dino is hanging nicely now but that was reason that I became interested in PE. I also had 7” at 19 and stoicked my merry way through my 20’s and 30’s with a rock hard erection. Sometime around my late 40’s it seemed like my woody was smaller, but still rock hard and pointing straight up, and upon measuring I was horrified to see I was at 6 3/8”. I edged a number of times over the next week to get the max and was still 6 3/8” I started by looking into surgery and was scared shitless by the photos, no way. Plus talk about horror stories with botched operations. After joining a pay site that turned out to be pretty much worthless, I continued searching and, thank the lord, found Thunders. It still took time to distill the info out and work out what is working for me. I fooled around with various exercises for 5 or 6 months and gained about 1/8” and June of this year I stopped fooling around and got serious. I measure once a month and at the end of August was at 6 7/8”. I’m gaining a solid 1/8” per month and have added a hanging routine with a Bib and there’s no doubt I’m finally at least back to 7”, but I’ll wait to the end of the month to measure. Maybe because I’m middle aged I haven’t had easy gains but if there is a better reason to PE, I’d like to hear it.

It’s funny, you look on your ruler at 1/2” and it sure doesn’t look like much, but when it’s solid meat that’s been added to your dick, YEAH!

I’ve heard that men get shorter as they age but I thought they meant in height!

Me too. I am 38. Only with about 10 minutes per day six days a week. Right out of the shower wearing the towel around my waist.

I have gained over .75” in 5 and a half months. Maybe a little more. But a 7” dick seems very likely to happen if I keep this up until year end!

I am at 6 and five eighths and couldn’t be happier with my gains! I started at 5.75” and can’t believe I had been fucking girls with that little guy.

Knowing 6.75 is a few weeks away is genuine motivation!

Yep good post. I think all men could benefit from at the very least some occasional Jelquing. Would prevent a lot of erection problems and of course size loss that comes with age and our crappy diets.

I’m 38 too, guys. Isn’t PE great? I mainly searched for this stuff due to mild-moderate E.D., but I also noticed a loss of size - even when I would get a “good” hardon. I was 6.5” BPEL in my youth, but only 6.12” when I began PE in 2002. I had lost 3/8” of “meat,” as you put it. But now I’m 7.25” BPEL, and much thicker (5.2” midshaft girth to about 6.22”). My wife sure notices the difference. I’d like to get to about 8.5” or so, but the dedication required can be tough. If I hadn’t gained any size at all, but just got the titanium erections I’d be happy - but I got hardness & size, what the hell! :)

how much of this loss comes from fat gain?

I have noticed that my penis is much thicker and longer looking now that i have dropped 50lb. i am a much more muscular and “beefy” looking guy which also plays a role in my sexual life.

With my 6.5x6 penis, i am now laying pipe to complete satisfaction of every woman who i have been with. I started pe’ing to get some length, but after losing those pounds, and i need about 20 more, i know that my size has increased VISUALLY and that is what i am most proud of. I have maybe gained a bit of girth and a tiny amount of length through 1 year of causal PE.

I still stretch and jelq more for health reasons than to lengthen my penis. If it gains 1/4 inch in a year from daily shower stretching then thats fine. If not then no loss either.

I find that once i was able to start having great sex again, my confidence level is what grew and maybe that is what is most important with PE.

In my case the length loss certainly wasn’t from fat gain. I’ve got a fantastic diet, lots of fish, greens and fruits, and whole grains, gets lots of CV and lift 5 times a week. My body fat is 11% and I feel preety damn good. As I said, my erections were still rock hard and the shrinkage definately wasn’t from a lack of fucking as I generally dated 3 women at a time. It just…happened. Thank God for PE. At the rate I was shrinking, I would’ve had a 3 incher by the time I was 100! and than what would I’ve done for the next 5 years with that?

Hey, you guys notice Ron Jeremy’s dick shrinking these days compared to the early 80’s? Like really noticeable!
