Air Clamp

Been looking for a quality clamp that’s shaped like a donut but inflates. I bought a cheap one and it was defective. Any thoughts on where i can get a quality clamp like that?

Why not just a regular clamp? Is there an advantage to an air clamp?

I prefer it because you just slip it on and adjust to exact tightness and it’s more comfortable.

A member here named Monty used to sell air clamps. He started off selling child-size blood pressure cuffs, then wound up modifying them for a narrower bite so they could be placed closer to the base, and finally had some custom ones made at the width he wanted.

Monty went 404 some years ago, but the old messages about his clamps, and a copy of his old web site at archive.org, made the idea quite interesting. I bought a small blood pressure cuff and tried it.

I couldn’t get as close to the base as I wanted, particularly given my thick fat pad, but I found it easier to install than a cable clamp. No wrapping needed, no pinching, and a couple of pumps would make it as tight as I wanted. I probably ought to dig the cuff back out and give it another shot. It’s still way wider than a Monty cuff, though.

Do you have any pics of the bp cuf and where you got it? Also a pic of how you hooked it up to the pump? Even if I can’t get it close to the base I could use it to enlarge the head.

It was $10 or so from eBay. It comes with its own squeeze-bulb pump, but not with a gauge.

Check over on the Reddit PE forums, M9tr I think he’s called has designed new air clamps for sale, think they sellout constantly though. They do look like high quality products.

i got one like that from amazon but it blew out the 2nd time i used it.

I followed the advice above and it took me to Enlargement Unlimited. Fascinating products, bot for air clamping and hanging. But, it seems they may not be able to keep up with orders? All appears out of stock. But, very intriguing!
