It is soft and stretchy but fairly durable and mine have measured 1 and 7/16" inner diameter (closer to 4.5" in a circle, a size I don’t think they make rubberbands in).

The ADC has done serious work for my flaccid size, not as much for my erect size but still some work there. I did not consider those possible gains when I started 24 hours constantly in an ADC but I am definitely a shower, not a grower now. Veins are still getting bigger and I still like that so I am not going to stop.

I don’t do any PE, but would like to wear an ADC. How does it do during the day when your flaccid? I tend to retract quite a bit. I don’t want to be fully erect, but have some noticeable girth.

If an ADC forces an erection it is too tight. If an ADC prevents an erection from going flaccid it is too tight. An ADC should only keep your unit a little more plump than normal for however long you want to wear it.

Do the ADC right and you will not have an issue.

Ive tried to do this with a rubber band but no go. when i get soft my penis turtles to almost invisible proportions. I would guess because my fat pad is rediculous. Gotta keep workin on that

I am on my third day of testing. So far I am happy with the following results: Girth remains at almost the size after pulse pumping, stainless steel ring is comfortable wearing all day/all night, I enjoy the look as does my wife

When I measure, after pulling my boys down as far as possible before they hurt, I get 7.5 and it’s snug. If I don’t pull them then it is somewhere around 8 or 8.5 based on how high they hang.

So my question is, what size should I get? Also, those who already own one, which is better, nylon or steel?
