A stretchy silicone ring would be my recommendation, tried rings that aren’t stretchy and it almost hurt getting an erection with them on as they were too damn tight.
With a stretchy silicone ring it’ll adjust and expand if you get an erection, just watch out in the beginning for fluid build up as the ring will be pretty tight in the beginning but loosens up and gets a little bit bigger with some time of usage.
