Intermittant All Day Heat
Wow, I’ve been thinking, not so much about all day heat, but intermittent heat, be it baths, showers or more conveniently a rice sock or microwave heating pad ir infrared lamp. I believe heat does draw more blood to the surface of the skin, assume it would promote rapid healing and thought that maybe, in addition to a warmup/warmdown, occasional application of one’s heat source, say once an hour, every other hour or whenever convenient, would be superior to the basic pre and post workout heat.
