Am I doing something wrong?
So I started PE on 11/15/05 with the standard beginner routine, with the goal of gaining length. I’ve been doing the following routine 2 out of every 3 days, or 3 out of every 4 days (and have only had 2-3 occasions of having to miss two consecutive days):
5 min. warmup
5 min. manual stretching in various directions
10-15 minutes jelqing at low erection level, with frequent reapplication of heat
Sometimes I incorporate 5 more minutes of stretching at the very end, when my dick is really warm and stretchy from the jelqing.
When I stretch, I honestly feel like I’m getting in a good, deep stretch, and when I jelq, I take my time and make sure I do my strokes properly. I also have all the positive signs, like hanging low and heavy after a workout, and getting morning wood. But after gaining a shade under 1/4” in the first six weeks, I’ve had zero gains. Zillch. Does anybody have any advice for me? I can’t imagine what might be wrong except that I may have already maxed out on my potential gains. Meanwhile, I hear about other people gaining 1/2” or more in the first few months. I’m really reluctant to start using advanced techniques like clamping, hanging, etc., because that kind of thing scares me.
I WOULD increase the intensity, but PE is already taking 45 minutes of my time every day, and I think spending any more than this amount of time on PE would be unwise for me. While the actual exercises don’t add up to 45 minutes, during jelqing and stretching I get a lot of involuntary erections and have to wait for them to subside. As well, reheating several times during jelqing also takes time.
Any advice you guys can offer would help, though I’m afraid that perhaps the answer to my question is already obvious, namely, that there IS no easy explanation except that I might be an extremely hard-gainer.
Random thought: coffee makes my dick shrivel up, so I try to do my PE in the evenings (because I only drink coffee in the mornings) so that the caffeine-induced shrinkage occurs only many hours after my exercises. However, I don’t drink that much. Eliminating those 1-2 cups per day may help a TINY bit, but probably not enough to make a difference.
