Hey guys, Well I am about a minth and a half into my PE journey. At 1 month I did not have any gains, but I am not going to remeasure again until the 2 month mark. So for the first month I did 5-7 mins of stretching(2-3 sets of 5 directions, 30 sec. each) and 200 jelqs. I experienced the red spots twice. Now in my 2nd month I am doing 10 minutes of stretching(4 sets of 5 directions, 20 sec. each) and 250-300 jelq. I am doing a 2 on/1 off schedule.

Why aren’t I seeing any gains yet? Am I doing too much and overtraining? All I am really looking for is length by the way.

Sometimes gains take a long time. Goes to the whole idea that some gain faster than others because of body differences. Whatever the case I’m sure gains will come if you keep up with it.

Keep track of your PIs.

Also, have you experienced harder or more frequent erections?

I don’t know about more frequent, but I would definitely say harder. Thanks for the advice though yoyo, I am going to keep up the hard work till I get to where I want to be.

By the way Christian was my favorite character on Nip-Tuck but I’m going to have to get all the seasons because I started missing them after the slasher episodes :(
