And So I Return...
Hello everyone,
It’s been a couple of weeks since I last visited here. And a good few months since I quit PE, at least consistently anyway.
Having slumped into a slight depression, I’m now trying my hardest to overcome it before it gets any worse. It’s been a while since I last went the gym, I’ve stopped working out, I haven’t done any cardio for quite sometime and my diet is a shambles. I’ve become slightly fat and bloated and summer is fast approaching.
My confidence is down and I’m generally not a happy chappy at the minute. Hoping to change everything from tomorrow. I’m off to the gym for an hour on the treadmill at 7am and I also plan to resume PE.
Enjoyed pumping and clamping in the past, so I’m planning on resuming. I’ll be starting a routine of jelqing 5 days per week for about the next 4-6 weeks before I ease back into pumping and clamping.
Hopefully I’ll be a little more active here over the next few weeks. By the way, it feels good to be back. This place is an incredible pot of knowledge with some great members!
Let this be a warning to everyone, don’t slump and let yourself go. Your body is a temple and life is what you make of it. We don’t get long to shine, so make the most of it while you can. Keep educating yourself, knowledge is power!
"Al, over the years we\\'ve taken roles from one another. People have tried to compare us to one another, to pit us against each other and to tear us apart personally. I\\'ve never seen the comparison frankly. I\\'m clearly much taller, more the leading-man type. Honestly, you just may be the finest actor of our generation - with the possible exception of me."
