Another exercise idea
I think that should be moved into main forum.
I was thinking how to adapt O-bends to sure lengthening routine - I see them as pre-stressing exercises which should be done before stretches and clamping, to make the latter more efficient. But they seem to have more girth than length effect, so I thought to modify them somehow. Yesterday, I tried them, at very low erection - just full flaccid - and noticed low expansion feeling, guess that they actually should be done a little erect, not flaccid - and, more importantly, that in the bending point, dick became flat and wide, belt-like. It has inspired me.
So, here is the exercise:
Get your flaccid dick.
Stretch a little bit with one hand - just so that it’s straight.
Place dick between index and thumb of another hand, and press them together, trying to keep them parallel. Dick should get squished between them, and became wide and thin.
Now, place first hand near the bend and twist. Then, pull also, it would probably not be convenient, so don’t try too hard, it’s more of a pre-stress exercise. The closer your hands are, the more local tension is created, so you can regulate the load by changing distance between your hands.
If you want to go more extreme, you can also bend, not just twist. But that is to be done with caution.
Start form base, and work out whole dick in few steps. At each point, use horizontal squish as long as vertical, and some other angles if you wish to.
I haven’t tried it yet, as I’ve just came up with the idea, but I guess that should work well at pre-stressing the penis before length workout.
