Another Red Spot Question

It seems like everytime I do my girth exercises I get alot of red spots on my shaft. I realise this is common and they are usually gone by the next morning.

I have been doing my routine and I have them right now. The thing is is that I have a good chance of getting laid tonight.

Has anyone every had a girl (or guy) see red dots on your penis and asked about them? What did you say?

Another thing is that I seem to get them everytime. Is it bad to get them often? Do they build up of anything like that? Will they eventually be conditioned away?

I know someone will ask so, I get them doing squeezes. Not Uli’s or Horses, just squeeze at the base while erect and hold for one minute. Nothing too intense. Definitely no pain.

Getting red spots all the time is not good. It’s like your penis is telling you that it’s not ready yet for that amount of pressure. Ease down a little bit on your manual exercises and take more breaks for your penis to adjust. Limit yourself to jelqing (btw the squeeze you describe when done erect is a lot like an Uli). Once it get conditioned, you won’t be getting any red pots.

Yeah, you are probably right. I’ll try jelqing and stretching for a while, without the squeezes. Even though the squeezes are my favorite.

I never got red spots before until I took one week off from PE completely and the first day back I did some squeezes and 90% erect jelqs. It was my first time and it scared the heck out of me. I think my unit is scared too because it’s not responding well to PE this week after the one week break.

I have taken it easy on my girth exercises and rarely get red spots anymore.

I am still curious whether or not anyones SO has seen PE damage and asked about it and what your excuse was.

Don’t know what an SO is (Sexual Object?), but my wife has seen red dots a lot. I have had problems with rashes earlier so I just say: “Yeah it is a bit sore, we are fucking too much for my poor thing”, or “Yeah, my skin always get a bit irritated this time of the year, because of the cold”
Of course I say it in Swedish, where it sounds much more exciting and she goes wild and rip of my clothes :-)

One time she just saw it red spotted at a distance and said: “it got a tan”.
