any 4 inch to 8 inch stories?

just to keep all us jealous PE-ers on track, does anyone have any stories of going from 4 inches to 8 inches or some equally impressive PE feat? In the meantime it’s infomercial and manual stretch time!

I would like to copy his strategy since it seemed to work quite well for him.

The most important part is his routine which he listed as follows:

Supplements: mutli-vitamins, chrondrotin/glucosamine, glutamine, whey protein, cycle creatine.

Month1: 10min manual stretch/10jelq/kegels

Month2-3: 20min manual stretch/20min jelq/kegels

Month4-8: 30min manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels

Month9: no manual stretch/15min jelq/30min power jelq/kegels

Month10-11: 30-40min hanging/5min jelq/20min power jelq/20min power squeeze/kegels

Month12-13: 60mins hanging straight down(15-17.5lbs)/5min jelq/10min power jelq/30min power squeeze/kegels

Month14: 2hrs hanging straight down(15-17.5lbs)/5min jelq/5min power jelq/15mins power squeeze/kegels

I think it would be very helpful if he could publish a highly specific summary of his routine for those of us that don’t have too much time to sift through all of the posts, but would like to see exactly what he did each month.

As an example:

Month1: 10min manual stretch/10jelq/kegels
Stretching: 1 minute straight down, 1 minute straight up, 1 minute to the right, 1 minute to the left, one minute 45 degrees down left….

also, I would like to see his training/rest cycle. was it two days on, 1 day off like the newbie routine or something different every month?

YGuy hasn’t posted at this forum for a long time (as far as I can tell). After reaching his goals, he mentioned that he was going to get on with other aspects of his life.

To get a condensed summary of his routine, one has no choice but to wade through his posts (unless, of course, it can be found elsewhere) and try to extract as much information as possible. Perhaps if you do this, you can post the summary for others to follow.

That’s not the impression I got from his posts. Is that right JAPP?

I don’t believe yguy ever hit 9 inches but he did get over 8 and he did start really small, he still checks in from time to time but he’s happy with his size and just does some slight maintenance and so far I don’t think he has lost any size.

Big Girtha has made incredible gains, especially in the girth department.

His signature says “was 5-3/4 X 4-1/2 Now 7-3/4” X 6-1/2”, for two inches gained in length — and incredibly — 2 full inches gained in circumference! I think his original 4.5” in girth would put him on the small side of average, while the 6.5” puts him in something like the 99.9th percentile*. Now those are gains! (And I would liken it to going form 5” long to 8” or so long… that is, going from “smallish” to “big”, completely leapfrogging over “average”, so-to-speak…)

*For the statistics sticklers, I am making these percentages up off the top of my head, but you get the idea.
