Any possibilities to regenerate nerves?

Hi,

I’ve posted this several times ago but maybe someone has new information or new members knowing something about this can help me.

(at moderators: please dont move this thread in the health section for a few days, i want all to read this!).

I have used a noose ADS for several months. My penile sensitivity has decreased during the last 4 years. The feeling is no more this fleshy sensitive feeling that makes my penis feel pain when i aim in the shower on it but it is more like numb, mostly on the shaft, at some places it is very low…… :(

I can figure out how sensitive the areas are by gliding with my finger over some areas. Even the head has lost some sensitivity.

Masturbating is much less fun than before and sex is more a horror than a pleasure for me. The feelings are too weak.

I think it has to do with nerves damage. I was already at a doctors, he said he cant do anything about damaged nerves but they should regenerate after a long time.
I have taken a long PE break but it didnt help.

My penile skin looks also a bit more “structured” than before, with a lot aof VERY VERY small gaps in it. I think this comes from hanging…..

Do you know something about nerve regeneration? How i can make them heal?
Or something about skin renewal (but not nome extremely cheap creams)…..

I would be very glad!

Damaged nerves will heal at a rate of slightly under one inch in a month. I think that is like 25 or so cm, not sure as I am American and know little of the metric system. To do so you must not do anything with the area like continue to use noose like products at all or even “possibly’ no pe for this length of time. I threw this number up in several other posts over the past year which I found on the internet. Feel free to search for it.

So, it is 2.5 cm or right under one inch.

I cant figure out where it did come from.
My horniness decreased a bit (but i am young) and at the same time i started to use the ADS. For sometimes 10 hours a day, but this excessive using only for 2 or 3 days in a row.

If you do normal PE I dont think that there are risks to lose much if you want to know that. Use your head. But in this time i didnt have the information.

Rising - 4 months may have only half healed your penis. You might need 8, and by continuing PE, you’re just damaging the last four months healing. Do you see what I mean? Maybe you should think about taking a long break from it.

Hm this could possibly be but it will destroy all my PE results so far.
No, i will keep on PEing. If I PE carefully maybe the nerves regenerate during PE-time.

I would tell you the same like you do me, but i want to have a progress now and not always stay where i am. It has been too long…..

Perhaps you could discuss a maintenance routine with one of the vets that have reached the final stages of PE.
That way you could be confident in the knowledge that you wont lose any of your gains whilst staying on the minimum needed stress levels and allowing your unit to heal.

This could also help healing by keeping a certain level of excess blood flow during light exercises something that wouldn’t be achieved by forgoing all exercise.

I cant see you achieving much by continuing with a full program, sorry.

I once had a similar problem due to using a Penistretcher (noose type JES extender clone). I lost almost all the feeling in my head. I stopped PE until the feelings returned, which thank goodness they did. I have been PEing hard ever since, with no further problems now that I don’t use the noose. In the scheme of things, that 4 months didn’t add up to much lost time. That said, how about just pumping at low vacuum levels to maintain? Since I just started pumping, I feel that at low vacuum the pump is pretty benign and possibly a good tool to cement gains. Can’t see why it would be any detriment to your time healing and it may actually help you avoid lost time and effort. If I were to go through this again, barring any negative feedback from the vets here, I would stop everything except pumping at low vacuum.

I dont know….I want to become bigger as soon as its possible…..

I think if i am careful with Peing the nerves can also regenerate when the gain has taken place.

The loss in sensitivity has come over a long time period so maybe this added time (i hope to reach my goal within 1-1.5 years) wont have a big negative side effect on the healing.

I dont use the ADS anymore just because it is too uncontrolled.
When feeling more soreness or even pain I will stop or at least decrease intensity.
You know, I want to have something from my life…..living my life-women…..

Please be careful 7. I would personally rather have a small dick I could use than a big one I couldn’t. Also, just for consideration, my biggest gains ever came right after my time off. Perhaps it was not lost time at all.

I thought gains were perminent? so why would he have to maintain a routine?

I think that is good advice, too, Steve.

Semi-flaccid stretches in all directions shouldn’t aggravate the problem, either, unless they were done very forcefully.

I do not believe they are completely permanent, at least to the extent that you reach some satisfactory size for you, then quit PE altogether, and you stay exactly wherever you got to, at least in all cases.

Earlier this year I reached what I thought was plenty for me (8.39 - occasionally on a real good day 8.50, but 8.39 usually) x 6.50. I laid off most of my PE, except for a very occasional pump session when I was really in the mood for it but that was not even once a week on average because suddenly there was a lot more time for Real Life and I liked that.

Over the course of months I found that I had dropped back to 8” L. That made me real nervous (I wanted to keep my platinum 8” card) so I began what I consider to be a more realistic maintenance program - a good workout, but only 2 x a week. I got a tad of length back (insurance for my platinum card), but I got a bit fatter without trying (maybe the vacation?) and I didn’t want that so I quit ulis and squeezes. Now things are stabilized. I’m just a tad over 8” L and my maintenance program keeps that.

I can’t tell you what would have happened had I just stayed away from PE completely, but I suspect strongly that some regression would be likely though I would have remained much larger than when I started PE.

Other guys have written in that they quit for a year and kept their gains. It is likely a very individual tissue-chemistry thing.
