Anyone Able To Grow Your Head Substantially?

Anyone? Would love to hear what your methods have been. I know sadsack head exercise. Just wondering if anyone has used that or other exercises and saw a substantial increase in head size. Thanks gentlemen.

I was doing some exercises using a tube about 3 “ long and slipping it on similar to a cock ring, then getting erect end edging with it on. The expansion of the glans while using it was incredible. I’m not sure if this will lead to permanent gains as I’m on a different routine now.
I have to say it’s definitely an advanced practice.
Tube size is critical so as to not cause injury.
The effect is similar to clamping but without opportunity for quick release.

Yes, I sized it exactly like a C R. I’m sure a quick release could be created, I’ve had good luck with this As is. I’m 53 and can lose my erection fairly easily, but if I was in my 20’s I could see an injury occurring pretty easily.

Again… if you try anything like this use extreme caution.
