Anyone use a clamp during sex?

Has anyone tried a clamp behind the balls for sex, to make the dick big and fat? If so, how was it? Awkward?
I am finding cock rings hard to adjust to get them tight enough for a good clamp.

Well, as to silicone rings - they are not tight enough. If I get one that is as tight as I would like it, I can’t get it over my balls (I would like to clamp or use the ring BEHIND THE BALLS). I am not worried about injuries having sex while clamped - just the awkwardness of a chunk of plastic there.

I read this thread with great interest. I haven’t tried clamped sex, but I’ve sure thought about it. Mrs. P seems to be really lovin’ my increased girth, and since I get right at 6” when clamping, I think she’d go nuts. I’m not sure she’d go for it, though.
