As much as I hate to..
I think I will just make myself take a break. I had no idea when I began this 8 months ago that I would become addicted.
Gains have occured but it’s been negative for several months. It’s hard to discern with all the information , weather or not you’re doing the correct exercises , intensity, rest , etc. The toughest thing about PE is being able to stay focused when gains stop. It’s like throwing darts against the wall blind.
So weather or not I’m doing all I can do to gain with 5 on 2 off , I must be missing something because the effort as of late is futile.
