What did this program mention to get an increase of sensitivity?
What techniques do you know to increase sensitivity?

Another question

Could you please help me to figure out an efficient routine?

I need to gains length , girth and even regain some of my sensitivity…….

Would hanging, jelqing and testicle massage a good combination?
How long should i do each exercise and how many days a week?

I am not the kind of PE warrior like you that can do exercises very often each day,do long periods of excessive jelqing and stick to a very hard, time- and energy consuming routine.

I am a bit lazy so i prefer hanging and wearing all-day-stretchers but i would definitely DO something for my gains…….

It would be very kind of you giving me some input :)

Ok, i could do (at maximum):

-1 hour in the morning
-1 hour in the evening

-wearing an all-day-stretcher
-some small exercises (maximum 2 minutes) when i am on the toilet

I am working, sometimes in from early morning to 14 am
sometimes from 12 am to 20 o clock.

I have a room where only I live in (my own room).

My cuurent measurements are 12cm x 12 cm.
My goals are 16 cm x 13,5 cm.

But gaining is different for each one…….

So what would you suggest?
