Avoiding tunica hardening

So i am getting more and more scared by the day after reading opinions of people on PE sites claiming that you can harden your tunica and make it very hard for you to make gains.Is that possible to happen,what can i do to avoid it?

If you have already been PEing for a while, I would suggest a long deconditioning break then start back with the Newbie Routine. Use plenty of heat and don’t get in a hurry. Advance only if needed as dictated by your PIs.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

Long decondition as in a month, or 2 months? Also is there any exercise you can do in the meantime to not lose gains?

I haven’t done serious pe last year though maybe like 1-2 months consistent with pumping and jelqing,however i was asking generally if such a thing is possible and if there is a credible source that can verify whether or not it can happen

A month is good. You won’t lose gains. Do some piss pulls if you like. Don’t overdo it.

Yes. If that happens, take along break, one or two months, No more IMO.

Two months sounds good but it really depends on your physiology. As you gain experience, you may find that you need more time or less time. This holds true for most things PE related.

Activity can strengthen pretty much any Body tissue as much as overactivity can weaken it, that’s really the balancing act of PE
Also with rest those same tissues will usually return to a “normal” state.

For decon breaks it depends on the intensity and duration of what you’ve been doing, have seen people use anything between 2 weeks to a year.

I’ve been curious about tunica hardening and wondering if the "conditioning" people talk about here is the same as fibrosis. I’m pretty sure fibrosis is just hardening and scarring of connective tissue. If this is the case, that’s also how Peyronies disorder is defined in the literature. In addition peyronies is apparently often caused by physical trauma to the penis.

There is an interesting study that demonstrate the efficacy of coenzyme Q10 in treatment of Pd

Is it possible that coq10 supplementation could allow for less conditioning of the tunica?

effdawg,i think prevention is much more important cause many therapies may come with side effects or only partial healing.

Maybe someone who knows what he is talking about can chime in more about the subject.

Also guys what do you think if the appropriate ration of decon break 1/5th of active PE time 1/10th what exactly?
