Here is my problem. I’m gaining, though slowly. My girth at the widest point is about 4.75-4.8, and my length is about 6.25. I have been PE for years trying almost everything. My goal for the next year is a over 6.5 length and a 5.0 girth. That would just be awesome. Unfortunately I’m not gaining anything in the base girth. It is still around 4.5-4.6, my starting stats. And because my dick is thicker on the end the condoms have to roll over the wider part first, then they are loose on the bottom, even custom fit condoms sized at 4.5 girth! So I wanna gain some base girth! But, I will not hang, because of discoloration. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

hey hardgainer, try vacuum hanging you dont get discoloration. on the down side you might get

a cupple of water blister but if your carefull there not that bad.

Pump n clamp, I’ve gained 3/8 of an inch base girth in a few weeks.

Doing horses will do the trick.

If you’re jelqing, try not to start at the same place on every jelq (the base that is). Maybe try starting toward the middle sometimes, or very low at the very very base, whilst squeezing both hands before the top one reaches the very top. I try to vary starting points a bit and haven’t encountered that problem yet.

That’s illegal in my country :)

Pumping has really helped my base girth. I now pack the tube for the first 3” or so, whereas I previously had the problem of my base girth being smaller than the rest of the shaft.

More information needed about your pumping routine.

You really shouldn’t get too much discoloration from hanging. If anything, you will eventually get at least some discoloration over time from girth exercises. So you may want to try hanging, or some O-bends.

Hanging is the best for base girth, I never had a problem with bruising or discoloration.

Would stretching straight down, do the same thing as hanging? I was thinking of implementing about 10-15 minutes of this a day with my current exercises.

I suggest you warm well previously the base. With one erection of 80/90%, do jelks localized on base using the pulp of the thumb to press and the extended forefinger lower to support. Take a seat to do these exercises, keep the knees distant. Alternate the hands to work both sides of the base. When you do this localized jelks, do also kegels to put more pressure. Imagine mentally your base is growing during all the session.

You can do these exercises also forcing the penis parallel to one or other thigh, alternately. This will expand laterally the CC on the base, increasing the girth. Keep high erection during the exercise is very important. I gained 1/4’ on base girth with this technique in some months. (I’m a hard gainer too.)
