Making the best of your balls
Here are some of my thoughts, based on several years’ experience.
First, aesthetics. Your balls should look good and, of course, sexy. I regret that I was cut at birth, and any man that was will have a deficit of skin in the dick, so nature with stretch some out of your scrotum. Stretching etc is designed to restore some of that. I do not like the over pumped or over stretched look, especially in older men. In my view, your balls should hang no more than about 2 or 3 cm below your dick.
They should be nice and full and, if possible, hang separately. They should be kept hairless, so that their form and size can be seen and admired. And we must TRY to reduce the fat pad. You can only do that with a rigorous gym routine and very disciplined eating. But, if you can, a leaner belly will enhance your dick and balls amazingly. You will also sport a nice bulge - research has confirmed that, ever so secretly, women do look there and appreciate when they see a nice set of genitals under a man’s clothes
At various times, I have tried all sorts of things to grow and stretch my balls and have really enjoyed the success. Here are some things I have practiced. But take it slowly and cautiously. You will see and feel results, but in years rather than months (I have been at this for the last decade).
Stretching with weights. Feels absolutely great and you can build up progressively, both in time and weight. Get the best weights from Secret Leather. I wear some weight practically all day and also night.
Pumping balls. Also feels lovely. I pump most days for an hour or more, half of the time my dick and the other half dick and balls. I put a 3” leather stretcher around my scrotum before entering the tube with dick and balls and this puts plenty of pressure on the balls themselves but also stretches the cremester and associated ligaments. Ball massage, building up over time to ball slapping, building up over time to ball hitting. Don’t wince. You will find with time that your balls will love you for this. I have never been tempted to try extreme processes like saline injection. The results look hideous. And not the least bit manly
There are two supplements which I have taken over the years which will swell your balls - for a while. These are Damiana and Tongkat Ali. They both have aphrodisiac properties, especially TA and I think they may pump up your dick, too.
Another thing I do as much as I can is to lie in the sun without clothes. It is now well known that sun exposure will promote the production of Vit D. This hormone is being shown to be essential for an enormous range of physical functions. UV light is very well absorbed through the genital skin. The sun will also relax and spread your balls.
