I will immediately begin pumping “without going back to 0Hg” as you suggest. In my trying to replicate the REM erections, it makes sense, in that your penis really doesn’t return to a “competely” flaccid state just after an erection, but only some time later. That is true for me even when I am not asleep and before I start getting another erection. So, what you say seems more normal. If that makes sense! :shrug:

Also, I now see what you had tried to tell me earlier, but for some reason just didn’t sink in. This I found in your responce to stormy.
I have been gaining girth but not length, so I immediately thought that I needed a “larger/wider” cylinder since I had already filled up my cylinder girthwise. I will now remain using my present cyclinder and work on length first and then later, if needed, will work on girth again.

Here is a gem of wisdom that I think will put people who have trouble gaining over the top.
I should point out that I’m a big believer in the ADS /PUMPING combination and right force over the right amount of time.
More force is not necessarily better…sometimes less is MORE!

The thing with pumping is once the workout is over there is nothing to really control the healing process.
The healing process is where actual growth takes place. In addition to diet and taking protein supplements (Powder)
I’ve seen relatively fast results by wearing an ADS devices 24 to 36 hours following a workout.
Why 24 to 36? because the penis has a kind of delayed reaction and besides that… you want to give your unit a much needed break/rest anyway.

Much in the same way as you feel sore 24-48 hours after a gym workout but not as much right after a workout because later is when your muscles are adapting and beginning to grow…
Your penis is not a muscle but is subject to relatively the same physiological responsiveness that any stress on any body parts exert.
Your whole body is a unit (so to speak) and thats why I advocate a whole body approach that includes exercise.
The ADS allows you to prevent contraction of tissues in a crucial time period of adaptation and the analogy is something like placing two metal poles on either side of a young tree to control the direction it grows while tugging on it. By keeping your unit in the extended state after a workout…you are thereby forcing the unit to adapt the cellular process to the forces of a mild extension. You don’t have to have a lot of force…more is not better in this case. You should wear the ADS as long as possible but no longer than 12 hours.
Just enough so that you can feel some tug but not enough to make you uncomfortable.

Is there any one particular ADS that you would recommend?

I recommend the Autoextender.

I myself have the Penimaster with an Autoextender head modification and the modification makes a world of difference.

If I could do it all over again, I would simply buy the whole Autoextender unit because the head modification is the superior aspect of

this product and I think its the best as far as ADS devices go.

I mean why go through all that trouble and then lose all my gains? Now I see that you actually kept a sigificant part
