best lenghtening excercise?/ problem w/spots left from jelquing

hello,
i have currently stopped jelquing since i hav some dark spots that won’t go away, i was wondering if there is any way of making them go away or less noticeable?

also what is the best lenght excesice since i won’t be doing much girth.

How long have you had them? Have you just increased your exercise intensity? I’d say you want to take some time off, apply heat and do some massaging. Usually you get this bruising after intensive jelq session and it’ll go away in the next 24 hours.

Stretches. 30 sec. stretches, JAIs, DLD blasters.
What kind of stretching routine have you had, if any?

Defiantly the DLD blasters with a V-strech incorperated in.

I think I have made 1/2 inch gain in the last few weeks because i introduced the V-strech in. But I do a kind of extreme v-strech.

I do the JAI’s as well, defiantly worth doing as well.


NOW 6 MY GOAL IS 9

i have some bruise like spots left from jelquing, i haven’t jelqued in a month or so

Can someone refresh my memory of what a V stretch is? I’ve searched to forum but cannot find an answer.

Now: 8.5" bpel 6" eg Goal: 9.5" nbpel 6" eg (maybe more)
