As stated above my diet and exercise has a tremendous effect on my eq. When I am eating well and lifting heavy I have much better eq. I assume this has something to do with test levels as they tend to improve when diet and exercise are right. For reference I am 5’9” tall 180 lbs at around 12% body fat. 9 7/8 long and 6 3/4 girth mid shaft.
