Well guys. My dick is black and blue. Really more of a dark plum color on the head, underside of the shaft and on the top side of the shaft on the end. I haven’t done anything radical, just hanging, squeezing and jelqing. I’ve laid off of PE for almost three weeks now because of the bruising and am having a hard time trying to understand why I am considering going back to my PE regimen. I must be stupid. Why in the Hell would anyone do this to themselves? My wife has even commented on the bruising on my wang. She even said I should take a break and I informed her that I was indeed on a break. This is the woman who bought me a Bib hanger and went out of her way to give me privacy and encouragement to continue my PE efforts. My dick looks bad even after the break and I’m still considering starting my jelqing and squeezing sessions again tonight. I’m starting to think I have a mental defect. You would think I would spend my time trying to find a way to make more money, learn to play the guitar, learn more skills for my trade, etc., but no I’m thinking of my dick only. Absolutely insane. What’s worse even is that I’m sitting here typing this crap out for everyone to read. Guess I must need some sort of encouragement or just to vent. I talk to my wife, but she doesn’t fully understand even though she tries hard to. Today, I will begin yet again to abuse myself in pursuit of the “big one”. My erections vary anywhere from 6.75BPEL x 4.5EG to just above 7.00BPEL x 4.75EG. I’m starting to get comfortable with my length, but my girth just bothers me to no end. I think maybe I should just get comfortable with the girth too before I hurt myself trying to make it something it is not.

me learn not to over do it next time, yeah right. Everytime I heal, I screw something else up.

As for the bruise, the overdoing of “squeezing” is what does me in, everytime, even with a proper

warm up and constant heat. I hang and jelq no problem, but the squeezing exercises

is what puts me on the bench.

You are going at it way too hard. Of the 3 exercises you do, which one is causing all your bruising? Do you hot wrap prior to your exercises? Even after hot wrap, I start my exercises off slow and easy to get the blood moving and ensure everything is well warmed up. I would try to do what Andrew has suggested, to hot wrap and massage, in order to bring fresh blood into the discolored areas and reoxegenate the skin. If you have a healthy PE program going, there is no reason for such severe bruising to occur. Back off a bit and enjoy it more and bruise it less.

Same thing is happening to me, it happens every time I hang now I have tried every way of wrapping with all sorts of different material. I stopped again I think I need a month off from hanging and maybe pe in general it really sucks I was so close to another gain and now I’m sure I won’t get it. I also get it right on the bottom below the circ scar. I really never had much a discoloration problem until the last month or two.

Oh yeah I took two weeks off already about a month ago and it disappeared but after the first hanging sessions it was back.

Remember you only have one dick… Stimulate it, don’t annihilate it!

Anyone with this type of severe bruising needs a L-O-N-G break from PE.

I want a Bib, but fellas that is plain scary. I’m in the process of making my own, so these bruising discusions is what I look for most. What was the routine you were following when it occured? Did it just follow a weight increase or too much hang time? I notice that I pop a blood blister easily from squeezing too much, and have been considiering supplements to rectify this. I seem to bruise easily every where (all over my body) if I’m off vitamins too long. Poor diet.

Stretchin’, you’ve just got to find a way to do it that is more gentle. The worst thing that should happen is a few little blood blisters

For the second time in a few weeks, I had blood out the end of my dick on Monday after just a bit of jelquing. I got tested for STD’s a week back, and got results today, all negative. So I came out as A PE’r to my (female!!!) doctor. I’ll make a full new thread of this, I think!!!!!

Softly, not feather light, but not hard either. I find the best way is to massage using two fingers and also gently rubbing the skin between my thumb and forefinger.I usually see a decrease in the intensity of the colour almost immediately and a total fading over a few days
I was getting pretty worried last week because it was the worst ever. Today, apart from a little extra skin and a bigger flaccid hang, I do not remember my dick being any different from pre-pe.

I hung for over a year with no problems at all, I think I just need a break to let the tissue heal. It’s really not a big deal just a pain in the ass it looks worse than it really is. It might have been a weight increase that started the problem but I backed off the weight and still get it now.
