BPEL exceeding FBPL

My Flaccid is about half an inch longer than erect, but my penis is stretched and looks really thin. So I think it’s only logical that when blood enters the penis some of the length is transformed into width.

I’ve only recently started measuring BPFL when I noticed that I had to change the position of my hands during stretches. I definately know some major changes have tooken place from before I started PE almost 3 monthes ago. I think the length gains are mostly from pulling out inner penis, because I notice it seems to be hanging more outwards and down. Although, it’s strange because my lot started at like 8:00, then it seemed to move down to a 7:00-7:30 and now it seems to have come back up to 8:00 again. Does LOT normally go back and forth like that? My BPFL is 7 3/4 when I hold it just behind the glans, which is 1/2 an inch longer than my BPEL.

I wake up a very old thread here!

When I first started my PE journey my BPFSL were the same or slightly shorter than my BPEL.

Now my BPFSL is at least 5mm longer than my BPEL.

The most common is that BPFSL is longer. Sometimes as much as 30 mm.

Is there any logical explanation to this?

It means that your PE program is working. You should soon see additional increases in your bpel.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I would like to agree with the original post. My BPFSL was about a third of an inch shorter than my BPEL even after some stretching.

I think I have strong ligament like cords that limit BPFSL. After a few months of light stretching and jelquing, I made no progress. I did research on here about my issues and decided to change my approach.

For six weeks I has been consistent with the following:
10 min heating
1 hour heated fulcrum stretching over a drum stick
100 wet jelques
Cool down shower

For the first time I have achieved a BPFSL 0.5 inches more than my BPEL. 7.5” vs 7”.

I am really excited and will continue with this plan. I know I read in here about a suggestion to attack the cords then jelque. This seems to be good so far.


Starting BPEL 6 3/4" x EG 5 3/8"

Working on 10% increase :<]

Current BPEL 7 1/16" x EG 5 1/2"

Nice to hear man!
Can you describe your fulcrume stretch. Are you sitting? Witch grip do you use? Are you moving the drumstick to stretch different places of the shaft?
Have you consider using constant heat while stretching?

First, I do use constant heating for the hour of stretching.

I fulcrum stretch sitting on the couch so I’m comfortable

I move the fulcrum every few minutes from the base up to as far as I can still grip.
I change hands frequently when tired.
My grip is described by Marinera very well. Index finger on 1 side and middle finger top to contour and form grip under frenulum

I try to move it around a bit so no part gets irritated. Kind of practice makes perfect.

Stretch intensity based on personal experience and tolerance.
