My bone pressed measurement is the same and non bone pressed..is that ok? What does that mean? I think my NBEL has grown. I’m pretty sure I used to be 5” NBEL but now I’m a little over 6” BPEL and NBEL.


Start: 6" length, 4.5" girth / Now: 6.1" length,4.7" girth 1/10/08- 6.25" NBEL length BPEL 6.75" 4.7" Girth

That means there is no fat on your pubic bone. I can’t tell you if it’s okay or not, but it shouldn’t be bad unless you have discomfort. Stand up and poker your finger into the area above your penis. If all you touch is bone and skin with no fat, your BPEL and NBPEL will be the same.

It means that you are cut, (body fat wise), and probably skinny as well. :p

I dunno man, maybe you aren’t pressing hard enough on the bone pressed? Even cut guys have skin etc., and no matter how cut you are there has to be some kinda layer, as I am cut and the difference is still at least .5” if I firmly put ruler to my actual pubic bone

Even so, there should be some difference.

When I was really hitting the gym hard and had 11% body fat there was about a .25” difference.

Even now that I’m a bit out of shape, I still have no “fat” in the fat-pad region, but there’s still a slight difference of about .25” or so.

How do you measure?

I find that hard to believe and suggest in a nice way you must be doing something wrong. :)

Are you standing up when you take this measurement? That might be the best way to see the difference and the ruler should be placed on the top of the shaft.

See if you can find the pubic bone with the tip of your finger before trying to find it with the ruler. If all else fails you might want to post a pic :shrug: .

I’ll try a pic in a bit but I think I’ve made a really dumb mistake. I thought bone pressed was when you push your dick down and then measure. Haha so I have to just stick the ruler in the fatpad..hmmm. I have 14% bodyfat so let’s see the difference.
