Bragging and stuff
Fuck I typed this big ass post out last night but people busted in the room so I x’d it quickly. Now I have to type it all out again.
One or two of you might have noticed I haven’t been posting here as much as I used to. I’ve been majorly busy lately, and haven’t had as much time to post as I would like. I especially miss helping guys out in the hanger’s forum. I try to log in everyday to read and reply to PM’s, but sometimes I’ll read a PM, not have time to reply then forget about it. So if you PM’ed me and I didn’t reply, I apologise, and feel free to re-send it along with the obscene profanity of your choosing.
A long time ago, back in April I was still hanging, and I had gotten a measurement of 8”, which I had been unable to repeat. However, I have recently been getting that measurement consistently. The only things I have been doing are stretching for maybe 5 minutes total through the day and the occasional girth wrap. I haven’t been consistent with the girth routine but I really do intend to get the sessions in. So even though it’s taken over 4 years, I have gotten to 8”, putting me in the 1” gainers club. This is BP, BTW.
In the original post I ranted on for about 5 more paragraphs about some PE truisms, but I can’t be bothered typing all that shit again so here is the short version - Read as much as you can, trust your gut instincts, be persistant, don’t get discouraged if you didn’t gain, but be happy that every session takes you closer to gains, stick with a routine for a while before shaking things up, build up the time and intensity gradually, get a progress thread and get feedback on your PE career, do searches, do searches, reply to this thread, look over member pics occasionally to imprint the message into your subconsious that PE works, read the success storys of others for motivation, if you gain please think about donating a small amount to Thunder’s, blah blah etc.
