Yes there is hope I can see the light, This is the 4th day so that’s 2 weeks in my PE time. I gotta go for at least 2 real weeks “Dino checks for lost size again and has a small tremor” it should be no problem.

Hey Dino, you still hanging in there…er, um, or should I say, NOT hanging over there?

I’m on the fifth day of a break myself and my unit is feeling pretty good. It wasn’t beat up all that bad to begin with though, so maybe 5 days is enough this time. I haven’t decided if 5 days is enough this time or if I should go for 1 week or 2. I went 6 weeks once, and 2 weeks another time, and experienced positive results both times, so I don’t think you have anything to worry about other than the compulsion itself. Breaks definitely help. They don’t actually set you back, because you usually come out of the gate stronger when you return. In my case, and I didn’t lose any size even after a full 6 weeks off, and even broke a plateau a week or two after returning.

In my early pe days I used to take breaks alot and they used to help me get over plateaus but than over the years I became a mental case and could not stop PE for any length of time unless I had a small injury or something. So I’m hoping for gain when I get back.

Well I made it 8 days and in my pe time that about a month so I’m done with my break. Dam it seemed much longer than 8 days. Back to the grind!!
