Nearly each day I pull my dick for about 10 to 20 minutes… I have a routine I follow pretty closely and sometimes pull while watching Sienfeld or Friends at night while lying right next to a sleepy wifey. I can’t wait to fuck her again!
You may need a couple months to loosen things up sufficiently down there before seeing any results.
My suggestion is to loosen your dick out by showering.. pull it lightly before “pulling it off” and then begin your 10 minute routine. Relax into the stretch allowing yourself to feel the burn… gentle… gentle… steady.. harder and then harder until you feel maximum stretch.
I sometimes go 2 minutes with a behind the leg stretch and then another 2 minutes again in the other direction… then pull straight out with both hands… in a relaxed 60 second pull… feeling the burn… then jelque 100 times before doing other similar stretches.
I have been doing Martial Arts for years and have seen people who were inflexible become much more flexible by slowly stretching their legs day after day… in a controlled manner… over time. Apply this to PE and you will begin to see results.
